Visit Israel with UChicago Hillel on Birthright

 

​Share your Birthright Israel gift with fellow University of Chicago students. In partnership with UChicago Hillel and based on the flagship “Quest” itinerary, get ready to explore Israel’s natural beauty, its epic 3,000-year history, and its many colorful cultural traditions — together with friends (or soon-to-be friends) from school and a group of Israeli peers who join along the way.

What to expect
  • Visit ancient and modern sites across Israel: Jerusalem, the Negev and Judean Deserts, the Sea of Galilee and Golan Heights, Tel Aviv and the Mediterranean coast, the Dead Sea, Masada, and the mystical city of Tsfat.

  • Experience unforgettable highlights: sunrise at Masada, floating in the Dead Sea, celebrating an Israeli-style Shabbat, exploring the innovation and nightlife of Tel Aviv, and seeing the beauty of both ancient heritage and modern Israel.

  • Enjoy a variety of activities: desert hikes, camel-rides, desert-tent dinners, rafting, archaeological tours, beach time, open-air markets, and cultural exchange with Israeli peers.
